      SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

      • All orders will be processed the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.
      • Delays may occur during high order volumes, and we’ll notify you if that happens.

          2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

          • Within Greater Cairo: 1–3 business days.
          • Rest of Egypt: 4–7 business days.
          • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier, or unforeseen delays.

              3. Shipping Fees

              • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

                  4. Order Tracking

                  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
                  • Contact support if you don’t receive it.

                          RETURN POLICY

                          Change of Mind

                          • We accept returns if you change your mind. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
                          • The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with its original brand packaging.

                              Damaged Items

                              • If the item is damaged, contact us within 1 day of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage.
